Research and analysis is summarized in a proposal for individually designed solutions that suit a business. Our report will recommend a course of action with clearly defined objectives, and a detailed plan. Upon customer approval we will begin the implementation process.


During the implementation process, all staging of servers, and applications, are performed at our lab. Once the system is fully implemented it is burned in and tested for optimum performance, producing the best possible results.


Installing and testing a new systems can cause nightmares for even the most seasoned professional. Our system experts will install your system in a timely and professional manner. Once the system has been installed, it will be evaluated by the customer for optimal performance. Once approved, we will proceed for the cut over.


End user training is an important factor of a new system deployment. Our customized hands on classess, will be administered in groups based on the specific features administered during system implementation. This will ensure that the first day of business will be a less stressful one.  Customized end user guides tailored to your needs will be provided for future reference.

Cut Over

System cut over will take effect once the customer has reviewed and is satisfied with the final programming. A typical cut over takes place during after hours or weekend depending on the magnitude of the system.

First Day of Business

We will be on-site for the first day of business to ensure that all users are comfortable.
